Wizards First Game of Fall 2009

We had our first game of the season yesterday. Coach said we did really good and that we played hard. At practice he said we'll work some on defense but that overall we did a great job. We kind of were sad when he got ejected from the game for arguing a call.

Here I am running after the ball. As you can see I still need to work on my shooting. They made the goals bigger this year but I was still wide right on two kicks.

But I was able to get 3 kicks to go between the poles. Here I am walking off the field with coach. He's a pretty good coach even if he did get ejected in the 3rd period.

The little guy in green I think is our team mascot. The Tasmanian Devil is what I heard him being called. I thought our team name was the Wizards?

Here you see a nice move by me along the sidelines. Shook my opponent off and broke to the net.

By the way Grandma coach didn't get ejected. I just wanted to see if you would read all the way down the blog before you grabbed the phone to chastise him. Hee Hee.
